By using Wachu you agree to these terms. Wachu produces informational activity reports about Instagram profiles. Wachu is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Instagram or Meta.

1. Acceptable use

Use Wachu lawfully and only for profiles you have a legitimate reason to research.
Do not use reports to harass, stalk, defame, discriminate against, or harm any person.
For private-profile scans, only connect an Instagram account you own or are authorised to use.

2. Nature of the information

Reports are estimates assembled from public data and automated analysis. In particular, predicted gender and any "controversial" flags are AI-generated estimates, not verified facts, may be inaccurate, and must not be relied upon as statements of fact about any individual. You are responsible for how you use the information.

3. Corrections & takedown

Anyone featured in a report may contest or request removal of information or AI labels about them. See the Privacy & Takedown Policy or email [email protected].

4. Payment

Paid reports are billed at checkout. A scan may return partial results when a profile is very large or data is unavailable; the report states when coverage is partial.

5. Disclaimer & liability

Wachu is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wachu is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service or reliance on any report.
